The Parliamentary committee on Physical Infrastructure has issued fresh summons to both Nakawa Division Town Clerk and Technocrats at Kampala Capital City Authority- KCCA.

The summons issued by the committee chairperson Dan Kimosho are in retaliation after the said officers failed for the second time to turn up for a meeting scheduled today to explain how the developer of Forest mall acquired a building plain in a drainage channel.

Those issued with summons are; Town Clerk Nakawa Division, Director Physical planning KCCA, Building Committee KCCA, Physical Planning committee KCCA, Executive Director National Planning Board, and Engineer Paul Wanyama KCCA.

Kimosho further asserted that failure by the summoned officials to appear next week by Tuesday in the same committee, further action will be considered including involving police to produce them before the committee.
