Over the past two years the game of netball in Uganda has seen governance challenges which has been expecting to get finished In soon times.

That is at stake of upset with the click combines delegates from the Uganda Netball Federation decided to rut to court over being discriminated.

The group filed against Netball Normalisation committee for dislocating Uganda Netball federation to Netball Uganda and staying in service over the given tentative period.

The Normalisation committee were appointed by World Netball last to sort Uganda Netball federation matters in a period of 6 months but it managed to stay in games control up to date.

At the moment the committee in a process to hold election for Netball Uganda following completing new constitution.

During the constitution passing meeting that past the constitution delegates from form body where left out.

Following the passing of the constitution the committee past electro road map and based of constitution again the group is left out of the programme

Groups legal handler Francis Xavier Katabalwa confirmed that the Committee headed by Moses Mwase is been filed for not working upon their assignments

“We not here for leisure we are serious and we are taking legal actions against the Normalisation committee, they were told to sort Uganda Netball federation not to bring in Netball Uganda and there mandate was for 6 months and since last year they are still sabotaging the game of netball in Uganda”
