Ayiekoh names Crested Cranes Squad For 2024 Olympic Games Qualifier Against Cameroon

The Crested Cranes interim head coach Charles Ayiekoh Lukula has summoned a squad of 32 players as the team gets set to regroup and start preparations for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games qualifiers (CAF) 2nd round encounter against the Lionesses of Cameroon.

Uganda is set to host the first leg of the two-legged affair on 26th October, 2023 at the FUFA Technical centre Njeru with the return leg due 5 days later in Douala.

Ayiekoh and his technical team were tasked with the responsibility of steering the senior women’s National team on a one month interim basis as the Federation continues with process of evaluating the applicants for the job on a permanent basis.

The winner on aggregate will advance to the 3rd round of the qualifiers.
