Government has introduced the physical planner’s registration bill 2020 to provide the registration of physical planners.
The bill Tabled before parliament by the minister of Lands ,Housing and Urban Development Beti Olive Kamya will enable the establishment of the physical planner’s board and put in place disciplinary measures for errant physical planners .
The speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga sent the bill to the physical infrastructure committee for scrutiny and later the committee report to parliament
She also reminded the minister of lands urgently work on the Uganda Land commission bill.
