Police have arrested a man suspected to be one of those seen in a CCTV video strangling a boda boda rider in Kampala.
The suspect, identified as John Bosco Mugisha, alias Mukiga was arrested yesterday at Ndeeba, in Rubaga Division, following a tip-off as police explains in the press release bellow.
