The 27 year old Table Tennis player, Mercy Nabusano went missing after being caught ready handed while involving herself in acts of Lesbianism by her Husband, one Ivan Mayega. The incident that happed on 4th August 2023 at their home located in Busega.
Since that day, misunderstandings with her child’s father erupted which later on Mercy went Missing, abandoning Mr. Mayengo with their 3 year old child without communication.
Mayengo, her family and friends went on a Search for her by opening up a Police case file of missing person at Natete Police Station, Reference Number REF: 07/29/03/2024 and several publications and announcements but her whereabouts is yet to be known.
While speaking to her husband, Mr. Mayengo confirmed the current situation. “My wife has been missing for a period of nearly to 9 months now. I and the entire family have been trying to trace her but we have failed to get in touch.”He said.
She needs to be found to answer to the various charges against her moral behaviors especially the Homosexouality actions which are prohibited in the territories of Uganda since the Anti-Homosexouality law 2023 that was asserted in force last year by H.E. the President of the Republic of Uganda Gen. Rtd Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Ivan adds that he believes she went missing because he found her having an affair with a fellow woman in their bed. He requests whoever knows her whereabouts or has seen her to contact +256705965158 or to report her to the nearest police station or any relevant authorities.
