Uganda U20 Women’s National Team (The Queen Cranes) suffered defeat to Senegal as the two teams faced off in the first leg of the third round of the 2024 FIFA Women’s World Cup Qualifiers.

Despite several attempts from Uganda, the West African side held on to claim victory.

Coach Ayub Khalifa Kiyingi remains optimistic his charges will be able to overturn the defeat in the reverse fixture.
