Pressure on both coaches mounting high as the two team’s fans came in numbers to witness this year’s first Kampala derby result.
Express fc wanted to grab an early goal to settle matters their way but Villa defence remained composed and cleared safely away from danger zone.

On the counter attack, Yayo Lutimba released Ndahiro who slowed it down for support again by Yayo, a through ball to tinny Ndahiro who looked on and swung in a well crafted cross to assistant captain Ambrose Kirya who rose high and headed it into the net, 0-1 for the visitors which made villa fans to run wild.
Express players gezzed dead and buried as they aimlessly played but all pocketed by villa back line led by Asuman Alishey.
Villa fans tuned in the “weraba” tune provoking coach Ssemwogerere who remained calm the whole evening.
