We lost because of immaturity: YMCA sports tutor says.
Today 3rd March 2020 YMCA comprehensive has has lost the second attempt of the university football league to St Lawrence. Isaaya Sabiti scored the only goal of the game in the 76th minute to kept St Lawrence perfect after two games this season.
St Lawrence has reached six points to remain on top of group D having registered a 4-1 win over Bishop Stuart in their opener.
Whereas YMCA started the season by defeating MUBs 2-1 which kept them in the second place of group D.
While speaking on today’s loss Lutwama Julius a sports tutor at Wandegeya based Institute has posted the loss to lack of maturity in their players “indeed we have played well our players are still young that is what they have bettered to us.
“It is still a young team and I am sure we will keep improving game by game” Tomorrow 4th March, the league shall commence with a game in group E as Bugema university playing at home against Gulu university.
