After concluding of inter-project chess championship which was held recently at the sports outreach ministry resource center, Kiwawu Mityana Road, SOM chess academy presents T.E C.H for the World annual chess championship, three days tournament will kickoff on Monday, January 22nd and runs upto to Wednesday January 24th 2024 at the same venue, that is sports outreach ministry resource center, Kiwawu, Mityana Road.
This Championship will be the first of it’s kind (first edition).
The category to be competed in this Championship include, Primary section (boys and girls), Secondary section (boys and girls) and 8 rounds will be played.
Grand prize will include, one year scholarship for the winner of each section , trophies and medals are other prizes to be won.
Only participants from the SOM chess academy will be allowed to compete.
