Ssebatindira wins gold at Doha 2024 Youth contender before starting tittle defence.

Nine year old Joseph Sebatindira again flies higher in Qatar winning five games out of 6. The under 11 Junior World champion Joseph Sebatindira this time played Under 13 youth contender Doha 2024 ahead with of Under 11 category defence.

Ssebatindira defeated AbdulAziz Al Abdullah of Qatar 3-1 in final played on Tuesday 23 January in Doha Qatar.
Sebatindira had to make a come back having lost the first set 6:11 returning in second set Wining 11:3, 15:12 and 12:10.
In semi final he passed Saudi Arabian Yousuf Hanifa by 3-1 win after eliminating Bahrainian Sayed Alawi in Quarter finals by 3-0.

Reaching the quarter final stage of the Event which started on Monday 22 January 2024, He defeated Swedish 12 years old Emil Ellarman in last game of the group 3- 1 games after coming from a set down which he lost 6:11 before collecting 11:4, 11:9 and 11:5.
Earlier the young star defeated home boy of Qatar Ahmed Al Abdullah 3-0 with stunning 11:2, 11:5 and 11:7 where he only lost one own serve and won 7 opponent serves.

Ssebatindira also won over Taavi Samaraweera of Sir Lanka 3-0 before losing 3-2 to Saudi Arabian Abdulrahman Al Taher in the game which he won the first two sets 11:5 and 12:10 before losing 3:11, 5:11 and 8:11.

Under Coach Alvin Katamba Ssebatindira won his Second international medal and with a huge chance to collect the third one by accomplishing the mission that took him to Qatar which was to defend the Under 11 world title which will serve off on Wednesday 24 January and climaxing on Thursday 25th January 2024.

Ssebatindira won the Under 11 youth contender in October 2023 in Cairo where he defeated all claiming his first world Junior tittle.
