
Following the celebration of the 70th birthday of the Kabaka of Buganda, His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, St. Peter’s SS Bombo Kalule has named its new building and A-Level Complex in honor of the Kabaka.

This school was a reward to Prince Ronaldo Mulonda by the Buganda Kingdom after winning the crown of Entanda ya Buganda, the kingdom’s radio competition that takes place at the end of every year.
In his message, delivered by Nalinnye Victoria Nkinzi during the official opening of the Ronald Muwenda Mutebi New Building, His Majesty expressed gratitude to the Lord for the life He has granted him and highlighted the significant development in the education system. He also praised Prince Mulondo for keeping the school thriving.

The Buganda Premier, Charles Peter Mayiga, also praised the school director for the efforts and emphasized that the Kingdom is focused on improving and developing the education system.

The School Director and Kabaka’s Chief in Bulemeezi, Prince Ronald Mulondo, expressed his gratitude to His Majesty for allowing him to name the new building after him, noting that it has created a significant distinction between this school and others

This function was attended by various guests, including Nalinnya Agnes Nabaloga, the Second Deputy Katikkiro of Buganda Owek Robert Wagwa Nsibirwa, the Speaker of the Buganda Parliament Owek Patrick Luwagga Mugumbule, princes and princesses, religious leaders, Buganda Kingdom ministers, and many others. The event began with a tree-planting ceremony led by Nalinnya Victoria Nkinzi.
