The 2019 Kawalya Football Tournament, Nakulabye Parish chapter has interestingly hit the last lap with the outstanding 4 teams playing the semi-finals this Saturday 27/07/19 at Kasubi Church of Uganda Primary School. In short, Terrace Zone II FC will be tussling it out with Muyomba Zone FC, while Baliruno Zone IV FC will be playing Nakulabye Market FC.
The triumphant two teams will play the Finals this Sunday at the same venue starting 3:00 pm, and by the end day, the winning team will not only be crowned with a champion’s trophy, but also a Bull, gold medals, jerseys alongside all the other 7 teams.
Unlike the previous three (3) years where the tournament was competed in one tournament for the entire Lubaga North Constituency, this year (2019), the Kawalya Football Tournament Organizing Committee resolved to have teams competing in their respective 5 parishes that constitute Lubaga North Constituency. These parishes include; Kasubi, Lubya, Lungujja, Nakulabye and Namirembe.
The tournament have had a total of 9 teams competing in the Kawalya Football Tournament Nakulabye Parish chapter.
