TikToker Ibrahim Musana remanded until next month

Ibrahim Musana, the one behind demeaning the Kabaka of Buganda His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi the II, the Katikkiro of Buganda and other dignitaries in the country has been remanded to Luzira prison until Thursday March 7th 2024.

Musana aged 27 has been using posts on social media platforms especially Tiktok under the user name Pressure 24/7 has been charged with 8 cases which include promoting hatred, computer misuse defamation among others but denied them before the Buganda road court chief magistrate Ronald Kayizzi.

It has been revealed that between August 2023 and February 2024, Pressure through his Tiktok account has been demeaning and disrespecting the Kabaka of Buganda His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi the II, the President of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the Katikkiro of Buganda Owek Charles Peter Mayiga, Speaker of parliament Annet Anita Among among others.

Musana informed the court that he did not mean to disrespect the Kabaka because he never knew that the posts demeaned Him. He added that he has a problem with his head and he has ever been admitted in Butabika hospital.

He therefore asked the chief Magistrate to pardon him and promised to delete all the posts connected to the matter.

Buganda road Chief Magistrate Ronald Kayizzi has remanded him to Luzira until 07/03/2024 when he will return to court and with suerities that required standards.
