TOTAL CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: SC Villa vs CBE tickets amount, selling centres revealed

Giving back to ticket holder is included on SC Villa vs CBE, the return of SC Villa to the continent after 20 years.

On Monday 12 August 2024 SC Villa announced the ticket amount and selling point for their Total CAF Champions League game against CBE with all ticket holder shall be blessed with a ruffle draw participation.

It is a preliminary game which is scheduled to take place on Saturday 17 August 2024 at Mandela National stadium Namboole.

For entrance, the ordinary ticket is priced at 50,000 Uganda Shillings which many may find it steep, while 100,000 is for the highly privileged people.

It is a ticket which shall hand a chance to SC Villa  fans to win back gifts with the draw shall placed at halftime.

Ticket shall go on market on Wednesday  14 as City oil petrol stations in Kampala standing the only selling points with just few tickets that will be available at the stadium entrance.

The best Uganda football club on continent SC Villa  has been absent on the continent for 20 years and they shall welcome their opponents from Ethiopia on Thursday 15 August 2024 at 5 pm.

Both teams are timed to have their last training on Friday with the visitors from Ethiopia feeling the ground at 10 am while SC Villa shall do their final preparations at 3pm.

SC Villa spokesperson Asan Kasingye has urged football fans to embrace the ticket prices for the upcoming CAF Champions League match, he also explained that fans could understand the financial challenges faced by the club.

While addressing the press conference Kasingye also highlighted that FUFA and CAF do not provide funds for the clubs to travel and organise the games during these stages, so the club had to price the tickets higher to cover some expenses.

Kasingye furter mentioned that referees from Zambia and commissioner from Djibouti will officiate the game on Saturday at Namboole Stadium.

Speaking ahead of the game SC Villa head coach Morley Byekwaso Ochama confirmed readiness for his boys 

“I know everyone is talking about out inexperience players on the continent but every human has a start in life, we are very aware about our opposing team on that day they are very good at ball usage and win know what to do in stopping them”

SC Villa new Captain David Owori promised for his army to give in a very strong fight.

“We have improved on some of our problems like in defending and now we can play good football I am sure fans will enjoy watching us play, we are going to give in a strong fight to see that we win on return to the continent”

SC Villa have lost several prominent player the squad that qualified them to the Champions League but new signings have been recruited in waiting for unveiling and Hassan Mubiru is among the new recruits from KCCA FC.
