Ivan Ntege has joined Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club on a two year deal.
The holding midfielder joins as a free agent following expiration of his contract with Botswana’s Township Rollers.
He is expected to fill the gap left by Siraje Sentamu who returned to Vipers earlier this month.
Ntege has previously featured for Mutundwe Lions and KCCA FC, where he spent a period close to 7 years.
In 2017, he completed his move to Township, winning the Botswana Premier League twice and one Mascom Top 8 cup with the club.
Sam Ssimbwa’s side has already captured the signatures of Mikidadi Ssenyonga, Ivan Sserubiri, Douglas Kisembo, Brian Majwega, Ashraf Mandela, Ntege Anwaru Mustafa and Hassan Kalega.
Meanwhile: Lawrence Ndugga joins Orapa United Football Club as a free agent after months without attachment since he parted away with another Botwana premier league club Sharp Shooting Stars
He signed a two-year contract which will seem at the club untill 2021.
Ndugga previously played for Kira Young, Simba, Bright Stars and BUL Football Club in before leaving the country’s football in 2014.
He is one of the Ugandans footballers playing in the Botswana top-flight league.
The likes of Alfred Leku is at Jwaneng Galaxy , Deus Bukenya and Martin Opolot playing their trade at Prison XI FC.
