The Uganda Christian University School of Divinity and Theology, in collaboration with the Church Relations Office, organized a study tour to significant historical sites and establishments for the Church of Uganda.

These included the Uganda Martyrs Seminary and Museum in Namugongo, St. Paul’s Cathedral in Namirembe, the Church of Uganda Provincial Secretariat, the Uganda Christian University, Kampala Campus, and the UCU School of Medicine.

The Church relations manager, Rev. Richard Mulindwa, applauded the School for providing the students with such an opportunity.

In the same way, Rev. Canon Dr. Isabirye Moses noted that this was a necessary component for theological students to gain first-hand knowledge of significant historical and religious sites.

Through this study visit, students gained a better understanding of the key historical and religious landmarks, fostering a deeper understanding of the Church of Uganda’s heritage.
