Uganda Elite Referees Attend FIFA course in njeru.
The annual FUFA member Association course for Uganda Elite Referees is at FUFA Technical Centre Njeru .
The Exercise is for 22 Ugandan FIFA badge holders and 18 National Referees. The entire group under went the Technical and Physical fitness assessment on Monday morning, except the Referees who were away on CAF assignments but will still perform the obligatory exercise on Thursday under the watchful of FIFA instructor Ali Ahmed(Technical) from Somalia and Mark Mzenga (Physical fitness of Malawi).
The 8 male FIFA Referees who were away on CAF assignment Officiating in CAF champion league and CAF confederation cup include Mark Ssonko, Okello Lee , Okello Dick, Masembe Issa, Balikowa Musa, Brian Miiro Nsubuga, Alex Muhabi, Sali Mashood and Ali Sabila Chelangat.
The five day long course was officially Opened Monday by FUFA Excom member and Uganda football Referees Association chairman Ronie Kalema.
Day one of the exercise has 29 Referees complete their physical fitness exercise satisfaction with the instructors.
Female pair of FIFA Referees Shamirah Nabadda and Marex Nkumbi Nakitto will conduct their fitness test in Morooco just before they start officiating in All African games due to start this weekend.
George William Oloya who is going to officiate at the CECAFA U15 championship in Eritrea also missed the exercise but will do it before the tournament kicks off.
