After the conclusion of Uganda International Badminton championship on Sunday February 26 2023, where foreigners dominated the tournament, now Uganda International Junior badminton championship taking course.
The Junior tournament has started today Monday February 27 2023 at mtn arena, lugogo and it will run for three days that is up to Wednesday March 2, 2023.
Nine countries have confirmed participation for this year’s tournament, those include, Mauritius, India, Zimbabwe, UAE, hosts Uganda. After reaping nothing in Uganda International ,this time ,they aim to perform well at this tournament and all hopes on Tracy Naluwoza and Shamika Fadilah who won gold medal for the country in all African games
“We hope to perform well at Juniors and players are in good condition” CEO, Simon Mugabi, said.
