Uganda is set to join the world celebrate wildlife day

As the world is waiting for the World wildlife day which is due to take place on 3rd March 2020, the executive director of Uganda wildlife authority Samuel Mwandha has confirmed the location and the entire program ahead of the in waiting.

Uganda will held the wildlife day in Kisoro district. Uganda started the festivals on Sunday 23rd February 2020 with Uganda wildlife authority marathon an activity which was hosted at Uganda museum and it attracted over 10,000 participants.

The program shall commence on Thursday 27th with wildlife conservation at Imperial Royal in Kampala, this will be followed by Schools conservation at Seseme on 29th February.

On 2nd march another activities in lines with the wildlife day celebrations there will be Grey crown cranes an event to celebrate the crested cranes which termed as national bird and it will be held at Rukungiri Primary school in Kabale.

On the same day the Schools conservation with be held at Kisoro Primary school a day before the major celebrations in Kisoro and event is scheduled to be graced by Uganda’s dignitaries including minister Kiwanda Suubi.
