Uganda Netball player Hanisha Muhamed joins UK Super League side Surrey Storm

United Kingdom outfit Bartercard Surrey Storm have confirmed the signing of Uganda She Cranes Star Haniisha Muhameed.

The confirmation of new signing was announced on the club website on Thursday, September 7th 2023.

” We are delighted to announce the signing of Hanisha to Bartercard Surrey Storm in 2024″.

Bartercard Surrey Storm’s head coach Austin Mikki revealed how beneficial it is to bring up Hanisha as a new signing.

” Hanisha will bring a dogged tenacity and ball winning ability to our defensive end which we look forward to working with and integrating into the Netball Super league in the UK”.

Hanisha Muhamed joins Surrey Storm from Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA).

Hanisha sent his delight upon joining the UK outfit.

” l am super excited to join Bartercard Surrey Storm. It is a fantastic opportunity for me to play at a high level”.

Hanisha Muhamed joins fellow Country mate Peace Proscovia at Surrey Storm.

Hanisha was among the She Cranes squad that finished fifth in in the recently concluded Netball World Cup in South Africa.
