Kenya – (10) Gold medals, (11) silvers and (6) bronze medals.
Rwanda – (2) Gold medals, (2) silver and (6) bronze medals
Tanzania – (1) sliver and (4) bronze medal
Zanzibar and Malawi finished in fifth and sixth with no medals to their bags
This Isbthe second time in 18 year of FEASSSA games that Uganda finished a head of Kenya.
