Rupaz Fun and Fitness in conjunction with the Uganda Body Building presents Mr. and Miss East Africa Natural Body Building seminar in Kampala, Uganda which will be held at Mt Zion hotel on 10, September 2023 starting from 10am -5pm.
The topics in this seminar will include, fitness, Nutrition, Supplements, Anti-doping elements and body building guide lines.
This seminar is aiming at the preparations for the forthcoming Mr. and Miss East Africa Natural Body Building contest which will be held in Eldoret, Kenya on 7 October 2023 where the winner will walk away with cash prize of 2.5 million Kenya shillings or 42.7million Tanzania shillings which is equivalent to 67.6 million Uganda shilling.
Team Uganda will be sending their best body builders to Kenya to represent the country where they will tussle out with giants those from neighbouring Kenya and Tanzania.
