Ugandan young star Ssebatindira wins Youth World table Tennis Championship in Cairo

On Wednesday, 25th October 2023 Joseph Ssebatindira of Uganda wins 3 – 0 over Egyptian Eyad Hussein in World Table Tennis Championship held in Cairo Egypt.

Under the guidance of Coach Alvin Katamba at world table tennis youth Contender in Cairo Egypt, Uganda Junior player Joseph Sebatindira lived unmatched performances

 Sebatindira joined the tournament as a none ranked player  but that couldn’t stop him to  get a recognition  by  defeating championship’s 3rd Ranked  Al-Kuwari Rabeah of Qatar) 3-0.

The 9 year old added on another flying performance to demolish Kazakhstan’s Arsen Askar 3-1 to get into  Semifinal where he exhibited excellent mental stamina to turn around a 2 – 0 deficit and wins the Game 3 – 2 before winning the final over Egyptian Eyad Hussein by 3 straight sets.
