URA F.C have on Monday 8th July 2019 unveiled former SC Villa captain Mandela Ashraf in their intention to strengthen the team to compete favorably with champions KCCA, Vipers and Mbarara City FC as well.
The talented right fullback joined SC Villa from rivals Vipers Sports Club in 2018 & was a member of the strong Vipers U 17 side that won the 2015-16 FUFA Junior’s League trophy with the likes of Bashir Mutanda ,Bashir Asiku, Frank Tumwesigye, Ashraf Mugume, Methodius Jjungu , Ochan Derrick & Koma Alex (Alex Komakech).
Two days ago he wrote a letter thanking the SC Villa Executive & fans for the wonderful time, love offered to during a one spell at the club ,which was a signal of intentions to quit the record champions .
