The racquet games Qualifiers for the 2023 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association finals to be held in Mbarara have been held at Nabisunsa Girls and climaxed on Sunday.
The Fresh Dairy funded games Qualifiers were held over the weekend, attracted 37 schools that produced 80 teams in Badminton for both boys and Girls, Table Tennis both boys and girls. and Lawn Tennis also for both boys and girls.
The Qualifiers which took place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th April 2023 climaxed by announcing 12 boys Badminton teams, 12 Girls Badminton teams, 12 Boys Table Tennis teams 12 girls Table Tennis teams that qualified for nationals which will take place in Mbarara at Ntare School between 6th to 15th May 2023.
In lawn tennis there were only 10 boys teams and 8 girls teams, a number which is under the qualifying slot of 12 per each sports discipline.
