While addressing AGM the Association Boss Justus Mugisha, He communicated an introduction of National schools football leagues at different categories as they look on how to deal with other sports.

The league are scheduled to be happening during weekends as Mugisha elaborated “as an association our aim is talent Identification and development, that aim is limited by being playing for a very short time, our players are only playing in first term inside two months per year, so we need to put on a way which can develop players, the league has to come on board”

“It has to be played at district level with schools in near areas competing at under 16, 18 and 20.

Other students will be trained to work as Coaches and referees, during the process each district is to have 5 million for starter”

With that league we expecting to have a massive talent development which can enable us seeing allot of teenagers launching their senior careers before taking other responsibilities”

Mugisha did not mention about whether the league will do anything in schools Zonal, regional or national qualifications.

At the Same event Mugisha embarked on refunding of money to schools which competed at ISF international championships with three weeks from the day he issued the statement.
