On Thursday 6 June teams have had their final preparations with Mpindi confirmed having full squad and ready to face the challenge.
“We have had our last training, feeling the pitch and all have been good, every player at our team is in good shape and we are ready to face Ngabi Nsamba”
I know they are a good team with many good players but we know them and what they can do and we will handle them by there strength the Shield will end up in our hands” Mpindi head coach Edwardo Kaziba said at a pre Match meeting held at Wankulukuku.
Sheikh Sulaiman Mbowa managed team have had a good tournament winning almost all their games as they only face a draw while playing against Ngeye in quarter final and this when they conceded the only goal that has crossed into their net through the tournament.
Mpindi has been lying on commendable players like Brian Majwega, Ivan Mbowa, Patrick Mbowa, Sharif Ssaka, Ranald Mugalu and Goalkeeper Ronald Bwabye while Ngabi Nsaba has been driven by striker Bruno Bunyaga, Sulaiman Matovu and Vianny Ssekajugo.
From the beginning of the this year’s tournament Ngabi Nsamba’s game has been growing game by game up to the semifinal where they won as a big team overcoming Mutima Musagi with a 2-1 come back, thanks Bunyaga who marked his tournament tally to 4 goals with a brace.
