Uganda Boxing Federation president Moses Muhangi,has attack NCS to release their money which has already approved by the parliament.
According to Muhangi, UBF is supposed to get 3 billion shilling per year and this was decide because boxing was performing well and it’s among the games where Uganda expect medals from international games but per now they have entered the third quarter with out getting their mandatory amount money.
According to Muhangi, they would have got 2.250 billion shillings but surprisingly NCS, under Partrick Ogwel have only given them 133 million, Muhangi is asking what went wrong with the rest of the money and more ever he has done all the accountability needed.
Muhangi, went on to say that, they missed World Championship in Spain, India and Morocco as they are likely also to miss zone 3 in Dar Es Salaam due to luck of funds which was refused to be delivered to them by NCS and more ever the money was released already by the government.
WE ARE LIKELY TO LOOSE RANKING
According to Muhangi, Uganda will not be ranked since have failed to participate in the AIBA games which will be bad news to boxers and Ugandans at large.
