FAMILY BACKGROUND
Hussein Kalule is a son of Hajji Hakim Kasule and late Nakaiema Hadijah of Namuseera Wakiso town council Busiro county Wakiso District. He is a second born in a family of seven offsprings. He has five sisters and one brother.
Kalule said, “My mother died when was in primary five(P5) at the age of 10 years, i was then taken to my step mother at Nansana Yesu Amala where unlike other step parents my motherFatumah Namusoke raised well and am proud of her, she is rely a mother.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND
Kalule Hussein started his education career at Kampala Primary School where he studied P1-P5 from 1991 to 1995 before joining Namuseera UMEA Primary School Wakiso for P.6 and P.7 from 1996 and 1997. He joined Secondary education at Chwa II SS Namungoona where he attended S1 up to S6 from 1998 to 2003 and finally pursued a diploma in Business Management at IUIU from 2004 to 2006.
Mr. Kalule Hussein is a happily married man with two children, a boy who is Jahil Kalungi and a girl who is Husnah Kalule.
Kalule Hussein is the current president Uganda Ludo Federation the post he has held since 2014.
Kalule joined Ludo from football, as player way back in 1998, later on as Wakiso district Executive secretary in 2004, a post he held for two years before being elected the national organizing secretary in 2006 which held up to 2014 when he was elected the president of Uganda Ludo Federation then (Association), the post he stil holding up to 2021 when is four term of office expire.
During his presidency, Kalule Hussein steered the transition of the Association to Federation status.
Kalule was elected vice president International Ludo Federation last month and holding that office means he automatically became the African Ludo Federation president according to their constitution. He is expected to appoint his African executive in November during the African Ludo congress expected to hosted here in Uganda and if all goes well Uganda may happen have the African Ludo headquarters.
When de elections take place in Uganda for new president if your term ends on 2021 but u have done a good job for our federation sir.
Of all presidents in Uganda, u are de best performer for our sport Ludo in Uganda and Africa at large .
