EX-BOXERS TO ORGANISE EXHIBITION FIGHTS

The group of ex-boxers who fought in the early 80’s are in preparation to organise exhibition fights for their fans.

Charles Kasumba a.k.a China, a group leader of those ex-boxers fought in 80’s in clubs like KBC, Railways, UTC, Food and Beverages and finally retire in Police boxing club was found busy in hard training at Police boxing training ground, Nsambya with his partner Dauda Bushere ,who also fought in 80’s in different clubs like KBC,KCC and finally retire in Police boxing club.

According  to China, the organizer, the exhibition fights are likely to take place in September this year if all goes well and apply to all well-wishers to come and support them in this cause.

Dauda, the former National Open champion in the 80’s assured the boxing fans to watch good boxing techniques from the old boxers who fought in the 80’s and 90’s  and went on to appeal to boxing boss, Moses Muhangi to come and support them to organize this exhibition fights.

According to China, boxers like Ayub Kalule, Charles Lubulwa, Charles Kizza, Macho Kiwanuka and many others will fight in these exhibition fights.
