FUFA Beach Soccer League set to kick off this Sunday as 2023/24 Season Fixtures Released

The competitions committee has released the opening fixtures of the FUFA beach soccer league, season 2023/24.

The new season is scheduled to start on Sunday, 19th November 2023 with six matches at FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru as indicated by the fixtures released on Tuesday November 14th evening.

Eleven teams will compete in the 2023/2024 season, including two new sides, Mengo Hill BSC and Kampala City BSC, MUBS Academy BSC and Kampala Junior Team Academy.

Favourites, St. Lawrence University BSC, Makindye Ssabagabo (MS) Sand Lions BSC, Buganda Royal Institute BSC and Mutoola bsc will again point muzzles against each other in the quest for the season’s honours.

The other teams include; Kampala Junior Team Academy, Grace Church, Wolves BSC, Mengo Hill BSC and Kiringente BSC, MUBS Academy BSC which are still pending club licensing.

Grace Church will get the season up and running in the opening match against newbies Kampala City at 11am.

Super four beach soccer tournament finalists Mutoola will follow up at 12pm against Wolves before Buganda Royal face the Kiringente test. MUBS will mark their return to league action with a tie against KJT.

St. Lawrence will begin their title defense with a match against last season’s bottom side, Grace Church BSC at 3pm in Grace Church second game of the day.

New comers Mengo Hill BSC will also taste last season’s 4th position side MS Sand Lions in the last encounter of the day 4:00PM.

  • Wolves Vs Mutoola BSC – 12pm
  • Kiringente BSC Vs Buganda Royal – 1pm
  • MUBS Vs KJT BSC – 2pm
  • St. Lawrence Vs Grace Church – 3pm
  • Mengo Hill Vs MS Sand Lions – 4pm

Note: The fixture may happen to change if MUBS Academy and Kiringente fail FUFA Club licensing due failure to submit necessary requirements pending.
