As Buganda kingdom works towards improving the health of the people in the Kingdom and the country at large, it started an initiative of constructing hospitals in different Buganda counties around the country to avail medical services to the people for their good health.
In this, the Kingdom hospital which is being constructed in Ssingo county has got to the finishing stage.
This hospital was named Muteesa II and it is being constructed in Busimbi Subcounty Ssingo county and it’s construction is approaching a year ever since it was started.
The Buganda Premier Owek Charles Peter Mayiga launched the construction of this hospital and directed the contractors to complete this work in a period of one year.
Per now, this hospital construction has got to the final stages of it’s finishing and polishing it so that it can be handled over to the kingdom for it to make use of the hospital.
According to Buganda kingdom, the same activity is taking place in Kyaggwe and Buddu counties.
